The Holland Elite Fifth Wheel Coupling Assistant is a device designed to assist drivers in the safe and efficient coupling of trailers to a tractor unit equipped with a SAF Holland fifth wheel. It is a digital sensor-based system that uses advanced technology to guide the driver during the coupling process, ensuring that the trailer is properly aligned and securely coupled to the tractor unit.
The Elite Fifth Wheel Coupling Assistant provides real-time feedback to the driver via a visual display, indicating the position and alignment of the fifth wheel and trailer kingpin. The system also includes an audible alarm to alert the driver if the coupling process is not proceeding correctly or if there is a risk of improper coupling.
